INCORPORATES
A “General Meeting” to discuss a “Special Resolution” on the topic of Incorporation, was conducted by the Queensland Branch membership, on Saturday 25th July 2015, to resolve this subject.
This meeting voted unanimously to incorporate the local branch immediately and in keeping with these changes to approve and adopt a new “model” constitution.
