How To Join Clan Forsyth Queensland

On application for new membership to Clan Forsyth Society of Queensland Inc., this form shall be completed to the best of the applicants knowledge according to the Clan Forsyth Society of Queensland Inc Constitution and Rules 2015.

The form shall then be forwarded to the Secretary together with the appropriate fee:

  • Single Membership 18 years and over – $10.00
  • Couple and Family Membership  – $20.00

All memberships fall due on 30 June of each year.

On approval by the appointed Committee, a copy of the Clan Forsyth Society of Queensland Inc., Constitution and Rules 2015 will be allocated and posted to the new member of the Society.
